2. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and costs.

3. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required upfront, with remaining payments due upon project milestones or completion. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client will own the final video content produced by VideoGleam. VideoGleam retains the right to use portions of the completed work for promotional purposes, such as in our portfolio or on our website, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Revisions: The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.

6. Limitation of Liability: VideoGleam will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with our services.

7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VideoGleam and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
